Прежде всего понравилось расположение отеля, близость супермаркета, а также великолепный вид на пирамиды. Отдельное спасибо Маяде, Ханне и других сотрудникам. Надеюсь, наши конфеты тоже им понравились.
Все было хорошо. Хотелось бы только, чтобы застилали кровать свежей постелью.

The pool and view where nice.
My stay was unusual given I was traveling alone and by the time I arrived I was very ill. The first room they gave me was street side and very noisy ALL night long. As it wasn’t even the room I paid for (they said it wasn’t ready and I was to sick to advocate for the better room I had paid for) they did switched me the next morning to an interior facing room which was quiet. The interior balcony was nice looking but I had to clean it myself with a wet towel before sitting out there. It occasionally had a bad smell out there.
At breakfast which was included, they actually charged me for hot tea with a piece of mint in it. This tea really should have been included when i literally wasnt even eating the breakfast food because I was ill. Overall the place was nice enough but I would not say 4 stars by western standards, By Giza standards yes. I did very much appreciated the help getting my luggage to and from the room.

la chambre était propre, et la vue est sublime du roof top !
Le personnel essaie de vendre des excursions ou des guides privés à des prix dingues (exemple 450€ pour 3 personne pour une journée aux pyramides et au musée alors que la journée nous a coûté 100€ pour trois avec un guide parlant français). La nourriture de l'hôtel est immonde, nous avons payé 40€ pour des pizzas servies encore congelées. Le personnel nous dis que la piscine ferme à 21h mais nous demande de sortir à 19h30. Et si vous aimez le petit-déjeuner, ce n'est certainement pas l'hôtel qu'il vous faut.
