Great location, just a short walk from Avlabari Metro Station. Just note that the walk is mostly uphill, so if you’re travelling with luggage, you may want to consider taking a Bolt instead. We actually found using a car more convenient overall.
The neighbourhood is great too, with plenty of shops and food options nearby. You can find local bread, as well as coffee, fruits, wine, and groceries within walking distance. There’s also a 24-hour store nearby, which was really convenient.
The apartment is well equipped with a kitchen, microwave, and washing machine, which was great. You can buy groceries, cook your own meals, reheat food easily, and do your laundry. We didn’t end up cooking, but it’s definitely useful to have all these facilities available.
One small improvement would be having air conditioning in the living room as well. There is air conditioning in the bedroom, so it wasn’t a major issue.

Кондиционер стоит в спальне. Хорошо бы поставить и в гостиной.

Fantastic host! He met us at the airport, drove us to the apartment, helped with our bags.
The building has an elevator, the apartment has air conditioner and is very bright and sunny.
The apartment was perfectly ready to accommodate guests, very clean and organized.
Great location in the city, 3 minutes away from the Metro.
We had a great vacation, highly recommended.
