We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was beautiful, spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy for us to feel right at home.
The location was excellent, with a shopping centre, fast-food restaurants, and a fuel station all close by. We especially loved the amazing backyard view—it was such a beautiful bonus and a lovely place to relax.
We would absolutely stay here again. If you’re looking for a comfortable, spacious place in a convenient location, I would highly recommend this apartment. You won’t be disappointed!
Stairs to get to the apartment. Only at the start of our stay and the end because I had to carry my suitcase up/down. During the stay I didn’t mind at all. I’d still rate this apartment a 5star and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hobart.

Great location. A lot of food outlets/restaurants nearby.
We caught the ferry over to the CBD which was easy and free atm. Views of the marina are great. Well equipped apartment.
Car parking is not great. Had to park in different places most nights.
The stairs up to the apartment are steep and not friendly to those 60+.

1. Parking really awkward. 1/2hour or 2 hour during day
2. Walking down the stairs I hit my head a couple of times as it is very low. They need to put a warning up saying it is low and be careful.

lovely apartment
location over a shipyard is iffy albeit I was fascinated what they did. Not impressed the next door neighbour was undertaking renovations in the next door apartment after 10.30pm but. I was asleep however my wife recorded the noise and replayed to me and took 20 minutes to shut the noise down. The explanation of parking is in my view misleading. There is a drop off outside the venue if lucky but long term parking is at least two blocks away or more and in our case about a kilometre.. Not a place to stay if you have a vehicle.
