The apartment was perfect in every aspect - clean, spacious, equipped, modern and cozy. Complementary commodities were provided as well. We had a great stay, location was also very convenient as we moved around quite a lot it made a very positive impression on us. Super nice for groups of up to 4. Checking in and out was also a breeze. There was also a manual of all appliances provided, which is quite nice especially for the appliances with only Japanese characters on them! We were very satisfied with our stay, definitely recommend it!
Kitchen area was a little hidden behind glass doors which can be quite inconvenient for someone who wants to cook, but we didn't - so we didn't mind it!

This apartment looked amazing. It was very new and clean and very stylish designed. Also it was very big. I stayed for 4 nights but could easily have stayed much longer. The location is great, one stop away from Shin Osaka and near several shops including supermarkets and literally next to a Family Mart (so very convenient for shipping luggage).
I checked in online before my arrival, which went fine. But I don't think the tablet in the entrance hall ever worked well. So I recommend anyone staying here to check in online before arriving and everything should be fine. I asked for an earlier check-in which was declined, but I'm not sure why because I did not see anyone leaving the apartment during that hour.
