Room looked over inner court. Nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable. The airport shuttle was easy to schedule and take. Breakfast was delicious and opened in time to eat before taking an early flight. Staff was exceptional from the checkin to dinner to breakfast to airport shuttle. We fly out of Bordeaux often; this is now our hotel of choice.

Room was very clean. Staff were on the whole very helpful. Our only niggle was that we had paid for a late departure so that we could sleep a little longer and somehow the message had not got through to the cleaning staff and we were awoken 3 times by cleaners wanting to come into the room - in spite of me explaining each time that the room was booked for late checkout. Needless to say we did not get our extra sleep.
Wifi was reasonably good. Breakfast was quite good. The hot food was actually lukewarm but this is generally the case with buffet style food. The shuttle to and from the airport was efficient and very useful.
