About this house rental
Memory making lake house with great view. 7 kayaks, pool table, ping pong table, hammock, zipline, fishing poles, picnic table, puzzles, and board games. Living room has a large sectional that looks out 20 feet of windows toward the lake. Amazing, large roofed deck. The 3 queen beds and 4 twin beds sleep 10. Kitchen is well stocked. Bird watchers dream. 15 minutes to Petit Jean State Park.
The space
The house is approximately 1700 SF with a master bedroom with a queen bed, a bunk room with a twin over queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed, a game room with a pool table and another twin over queen bunk bed. In addition, the great room has an open kitchen and dining area with a large sectional that looks out two sliding glass doors and nearly 20 feet of large picture windows to the lake. The deck wraps three sides of the house with a 12x36 covered deck with two large 60-inch ceiling fans. While the house is level without any internal steps or even out onto the deck, there are steps down to the lake.

This house is level and easy to use for someone with mobility issues, but it sits high on a ridge and there are stairs to get down to the lake.

Very clean, had everything stocked to the max. Beautiful scenery everyone bragged on our choice of Venue. Jason was very timely in answering back. Communication was great!!! We will definitely be back to visit!! Kids loved the ping pong games and pool table, kayaks, fishing and water. Adults enjoyed all the decks and cooking area outside and the quiet peaceful neighborhood.

Such a perfect cabin for a girls trip. The view is beautiful. We loved sitting out on the porch. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed.

Cabin on the lake has great potential, however there are a few areas that could use some help. The property and property grounds need serious insect control. The vegetation on the property is over grown around the middle deck areas. If you are a pet owner and plan to bring your dog, beware of a flea infestation. The home was not very clean! We were really looking forward to enjoying the patio area more, but all of the furniture was filthy! The views and sounds of nature were great! The only air conditioner unit functioning properly was the master bedroom. The home is well stocked with towels, toiletries and laundry needs. There are seven kayak’s provided with the home, which is awesome! If I could make a recommendation here, it would be to have a place to stand them up on the bottom landing.
