DO NOT STAY HERE This place may be worth while if you need a shoddy and cheap place for a night but don’t look too closely. The available pictures do not do justice to the low quality of this basement room. The place includes all the amenities listed, however upon arrival it was easy to see how poorly the property is maintained. The dishes were caked in dust and grime sitting on the shelves. Crumbs filled every fraction of the carpets. Spider webs cluttered the ceilings and every corner. Not to mention, the place was infested with ants. They were EVERYWHERE….the bathroom, the kitchenette, and the bed. Just to be clear, I did not bring in open food, anything I had was all sealed, tight. Additionally, the grout in between the shower tiles were either nonexistent or encrusted in black grime. Finally, you could not adjust the temperature in the room. Cold? Tough luck, deal with it. Hot? Too bad so sad. Not only was the property rough around the edges, the check in process was horrific. We never received an email for the check in information like the confirmation email described. We had to call and call and call to get in touch with someone who could get us checked in. We did not get in until five hours after our scheduled check in time. It is unfortunate, because we really looked forward to our time here. Being in downtown Waynesville allowed easy access to a variety of stores and shoppes within walking distance. Otherwise, it is a great spot, location wise. Parking was easy.

Checking in was a nightmare, not on the property manager but on hotels.com. Hotels.com had the wrong property manager listed, didn’t share my info with the real property so they could contact me. I had to track down the real property manager myself the morning before i left causing me to leave late. Once I got hold of them it was very pleasant and easy, couldn’t be happier with the property management and the way they took care of me. The apartment is a converted basement, but very cozy and clean. It’s around the corner from Main st,, about a 2 minute walk. Plenty of food choices and shops. Plenty of parking, I would definitely stay there again.

Checking in was a nightmare, not on the property manager but on hotels.com. Hotels.com had the wrong property manager listed, didn’t share my info with the real property so they could contact me. I had to track down the real property manager myself the morning before i left causing me to leave late. Once I got hold of them it was very pleasant and easy, couldn’t be happier with the property management and the way they took care of me. Plenty of parking, I would definitely stay there again.
