This newly redecorated top-floor 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo combines the comfort of a modern coastal retreat with the fun, colorful energy of a Florida vacation. Every inch has been refreshed — from new furnishings, appliances, and light fixtures to stylish décor, premium bedding, and cheerful accents that make the space feel fresh, vibrant, and inviting.
Step inside and soak up the sunshine with stunning bay views. The open living area is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, with comfortable seating, a smart TV, and easy access to your private balcony on the main level or the enjoyable roof top patio. The fully equipped kitchen features all-new stainless-steel appliances and everything you need to cook, entertain, or enjoy a lazy brunch.
The spacious master suite offers a king bed, private bath, and balcony access. *Please note the master bedroom windows on this column of the building have faulty seals and therefore they are foggy. The HOA has to get an expensive crane to replace the windows.*
The second bedroom features a cozy queen bed, while the third bedroom has fun twin bunks perfect for kids or teens with a bright sunshine to welcome you as you enter. All bedrooms include new bedding and plenty of storage to keep your stay comfortable and organized. They also each have blackout drapes so that you can lazily wake up on vacation if you choose to do so.
Head upstairs to the private rooftop patio — your own exclusive space with a lounge area and dining table for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or stargazing under the Florida sky. You’ll also have the option to rent a private boat slip, giving you direct bay access for fishing, boating, or exploring the Intracoastal Waterway at Crab Island.

This is a lovely condo, very clean and updated. Perfectly stocked. Our host was excellent. We have stayed at Destin West Bay sde times for the value-added amenities, including the lazy river, pools and easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay at the condo again. Thank you, Shelley!

Exactly as described! Perfect location, we enjoyed our stay. Even got to watch fireworks from the rooftop which was amazing.

The place was very nice and Shelley was great to deal with. Price was inline, but they are all high over there.

The place was clean and the host was very informative. The place had a roof top patio that you could not use. There were bugs everywhere and they would bite and cause you to itch. That was definitely disappointing considering that was one reason why I booked it. The one room with bunk beds was very small. My two older sons used it and they were a little big for it. Definitely for smaller kids. The pool was amazing and location was good. Overall was a good trip.
