Welcome to Seattle the Emerald City. I LOVE to meet people and sharing the space with the world!
***We cannot accommodate any pets or service pets due to allergies. Please accept our advance apologies.
THE SPACE:
Newly built 3 beds, 2.5 baths with master suite on the first level (sleep for 6).
This is for the whole home with access to everything in the house. This is modern and cozy home you will LOVE :)
BEDROOMS:
-Bedroom 1 with Queen size bed will be on the lower floor with full private bath.
-Bedroom 2 & 3 are upstairs also with queen size bed.
All rooms have lock & physical key.
LAUNDRY:
-Upstairs. Guest are welcome to use as no charge.
KITCHEN:
I have very limited cooking supplies as we don't allow full gourmet cooking.
Free parking on premises during our stay...plenty of parking on-site. Parking pad or gravel space.
Can arrange time for dropping off BELONGINGS before check-in!
***Extended parking available for a small fee.
Level 2, 4 prongs 240v EV level 2 outlet is available for free. Please bring your own cable.
A cleaning fee will be enforced if house’s rules are not followed.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE HOUSE.
NO PARTIES .
NO PETS.
NO SHOES.
DRUGS OR WEAPONS.
PROMIXITY:
Close to SeaTac airport, Southcenter Shopping Mall with lots of Restaurants, Museum of Flight, Downtown (~20 min), Space Needle and plenty of parking. Level II EV 4 prongs 240V charging outlet is available "FREE". Please bring your own charging cable.
Please do not hesitate to ask if there is anything I can accommodate for a more comfortable stay.
