In terms of value, I’m not sure you can get much better than this. This property was perfectly functional for my group trip. We all had a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The property was generally clean, I’d give the cleanliness a 7/10. However, if you consider the landscape, size, and age of the property, it understandably can be a bit dusty. It’s located directly on the water as shown in the pictures, and we loved it! The host is a pleasure to deal with, and we had a great experience throughout booking and checking out. Would definitely recommend this property for a large group!

The property is awesome! Great for bachelor trips or big groups. Had 16 guys and everyone was very happy with the house. Lots todo pool table, poker room, ping pong. Backyard was perfect for our big group. Kitchen had everything we needed. All the bathrooms were clean and had enough towels for everyone. The river in the back of the house had manatees and a lot of wild life. Would highly recommend this property. Derek the owner was very helpful and responds very quickly. We had groceries delivered before our check in and he handled everything. Very close to grocery stores and liquor stores.

We stayed here for our son’s graduation with a group of 12 and had a really great overall experience. The house is beautiful, spacious, and worked well for a larger group. Derek was an excellent host - very responsive and easy to communicate with - and it was nice meeting him (and Brody) when we arrived.There were some great highlights. The air conditioning worked very well (especially in the master and main areas), which was huge in the Florida heat. The game room was a big hit with our group and gave us a fun space to hang out together. The pool table was great, but needs chalk. New ping pong paddles are needed as well.We knew ahead of time that some improvements were underway, and that wasn’t an issue. That said, a few updates would really elevate the experience. The pool area could use more seating, and the lounge chairs should be replaced. Some kitchen items (like the dishwasher rack and refrigerator drawers/handle) need repair, and a fresh coat of paint in places would help.A few outlets near beds didn’t work, and some light switches were confusing or non-functional - small fixes that would make a big difference.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated Derek’s hospitality. With a few updates, this could be an outstanding rental for large groups.

This property worked out for us as a bachelor party. However, all 12 of us were in agreement if our wives or families were with us it is unlikely that we would have stayed. The property is in need of some serious maintenance on the exterior and interior. There were bedrooms, bathrooms, & dining room that were not available for our use as advertised. The pool was unusable as we were told the next day the pool company would be out.... They shocked the pool and advised us not to get in. The countertops in the kitchen were black when cleaned. The refrigerator seals are shot and it would not stay shut.The dock is a lawsuit waiting to happen. We had a great time with our buddies, but I would have been irate if I travelled more than 2 hours to get there or if my family would have been with us. If you are looking for a massive home and do not mind it not being in excellent condition, this is probably the one for you. If you are looking for a massive home that is in great condition and ready for your family to enjoy, you may want to keep looking.
