Villa Rafaello is a welcoming single-storey residence located in the Areias de S. João area, in Albufeira. Situated in a relatively quiet area, yet just a few minutes from restaurants, services, entertainment and Praia do Forte de S. João beach, this property offers the ideal balance between convenience and tranquillity.
The dwelling features a cosy living room and a bright dining room, both in open space with the kitchen, creating a spacious and fluid environment, perfect for moments of socialising and relaxation. The dining area has direct access to the terrace and swimming pool, allowing you to enjoy the interior and exterior in total harmony.
Villa Rafaello has two bedrooms with double beds, providing a comfortable and functional stay. The property also features a bathroom with a shower base, offering all the necessary comfort for daily use.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen offers everything needed to prepare meals with comfort and practicality.
On the exterior, the private pool stands out, ideal for enjoying the Algarve climate, as well as the pleasant outdoor dining area, equipped with BBQ, perfect for relaxed dinners under the Albufeira sky.

The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.
Group deposit: €150 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 4 guests.
From the 5th to the 6th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.
According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.

Villa Rafaello was the ideal base for our holiday in Albufeira. Being a single-story house, it is incredibly comfortable and functional. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is very bright and connects directly to the outside, creating a wonderful flow for spending time together. The two double bedrooms were very cozy and provided a great night's sleep. Outside, the private pool and the shaded dining area with the barbecue were perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The location in Areias de S. João is excellent—situated in a calm spot but just a short walk away from the beach, shops, and nightlife.

The villa was cosy and practical, with a lovely open plan living area. The pool and BBQ area were great for enjoying time outdoors, and the peaceful surroundings made it a wonderful place to relax while still being close to everything.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Rafaello. The villa was comfortable, cosy and perfect for our holiday. We really enjoyed the open plan living area and the direct access to the terrace and pool. The outdoor dining area and barbecue were also great for enjoying meals together. The location was excellent, close to restaurants, entertainment and the beach while still being peaceful.

We had a very pleasant stay at this villa. It was comfortable, welcoming and perfect for a relaxing holiday. We especially enjoyed the private pool and outdoor dining area, while the location made it easy to enjoy Albufeira.
