October–December | April-May SAVE 20%
Construction will be underway elsewhere on the Tower, but our wing is not scheduled for direct balcony work during this period.
January–March | SAVE 40%
Construction will continue throughout the property, with work scheduled on our wing during portions of this period. One of our two private balconies may be temporarily closed while work is underway, but guests will still have access to the other. Exact work dates for our condo are not yet available.
Guests should expect weekday daytime construction activity, including potentially loud noise from December through May, along with workers, equipment, and temporary impacts to certain areas or amenities. The location and level of activity will vary throughout the project. Our beach chairs and beach toys will also be offsite during this time.

The beach is calling… and so is the lake! At Pinnacle Paradise Between the Shores you don’t have to choose — enjoy both in one unforgettable location. This renovated haven is perfectly situated with water views on all sides from the third floor. The kitchen is beautifully renovated with new cabinets, upscale appliances, modern finishes and fully stocked with everything you need for effortless meals or quick bites before heading out to the beach. The entire home features newer flooring and furnishings for a clean, comfortable and relaxing stay.
The main level has the living room, dining area, kitchen, half bath and laundry room. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and balcony overlooking peaceful Lake Powell making it a favorite spot for morning coffee or a quiet moment at the end of the day.
Upstairs, the Primary Bedroom includes a private balcony with stunning views of the Gulf and main pool to enjoy the area’s breathtaking sunsets. The ensuite bath, guest bedroom and guest bath are fully updated with new mattresses, linens, and bedding ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone.
3 Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, sand toys, boogie boards and beach towels are already here waiting for you!
High Speed Wifi and Direct TV are provided with all three TVs having streaming options for plenty of ways to unwind after a day on the water. Parking is plentiful and access is smooth and easy with building elevator just steps from the condo.

This place was perfect in every way! Coffee on the balcony with beach views, amazing bedding- we slept so good!! The location is perfect- access to 30A spots is easy as well as PCB. The complex has everything and is super easy to navigate. Tracy the host has thought of everything and communicates well. Unloading was convenient with carts to take luggage to the unit, elevators are quick- we never waited more than a few seconds it seems.I know I have over-used the words perfect and easy but it was exactly what we needed to rest and revive after the school year. My husband loved fishing and I loved staring at the water from the balcony. We will definitely be back- already looking at the calendar!!

We had a fantastic stay! Tracy was very responsive to all my questions, even at 11pm on day of arrival. The condo was very comfortable, spotless, and beautifully upgraded. The view overlooking the pool and beach was perfect, and the thoughtful amenities made it feel like the hosts had anticipated every need. Truly a relaxing, seamless experience—we’d happily stay again!
