Not worth the money we paid to stay here, we even paid extra ₱1500 per overnight, so one of my students could have a bed

The location being quiet and close to many things.

First of all, the moment we arrived; the place doesn’t look like as it shows in your Booking.com; ceiling over the entrance was leaking water so bad, that the flat screen television and light switches n extension cords were all soaked- total fire hazard! We unplugged all the extension cords! Electrical wires spliced together and just simply taped up are simply covered by the living room curtain! Another fire hazard! This whole wall was totally soaked! The fridge is Moldy n almost unusable, the door shelves were all missing n freezer door is also gone. There are 3 CCTVs inside the house, we don’t like to be watched! There were so much Clatter in the house, we can’t believe it qualify to be on the Booking.com listing. Electricity went out until the next day! Filtered water was almost empty. We didn’t know there were other people living wall to wall around this place. We also didn’t know that we were sharing the house with another couple, yet they didn’t stay because of what they have seen. They were disappointed as we were but they had a chance to find another place to stay.
