La ubicación, estaba muy limpio
La terraza estaba bastante descuidada. También, se escucha todo en el edificio, un poco incómodo para dormir y conciliar el sueño y entra bastante luz por la mañana aunque sea un sótano, no apto para personas sensibles a la luz ni a los ruidos.
