Avere il compito di dover buttare io la spazzatura negli appositi contenitori nel parcheggio auto non conoscendo le regole locali di riciclo. Frigo fatiscente, inutilizzabile e da cambiare, presenza di insetti morti nel vano frigorifero. In bagno invece c'è una sorta di tappeto di spugna, anti-igienico ed ingombrante

This is a very convenient and comfortable place to stay, located near Exit 1 of Seolleung Station. Even with a large suitcase, it was easy to get out of the subway using the elevator. The place of stay is very close to the station, although there is a slight uphill walk.
The room is spacious enough for two people and has a modern, clean, and cozy feel. The comfortable sofa was perfect for relaxing and watching movies, and the mattress and pillows were also very comfortable, so I slept well.
The kitchen is well equipped for preparing simple meals, and there is also a washing machine, which was very convenient. There are many good restaurants and food streets nearby, as well as plenty of small convenience stores.
If you enjoy taking a walk in the morning, I highly recommend visiting Seolleung and Jeongneung Royal Tombs. It is a great place to enjoy about an hour of walking in nature, see the royal tombs from the Joseon Dynasty, and enjoy some fresh air right in the middle of the city.
The host was also very kind and responded promptly whenever I had a question. I really enjoyed my stay here and would be happy to stay again. Thank you!
I came with a large suitcase, and it was a little difficult to pull it uphill from Exit 1 of Seolleung Station to the accommodation because of the slight incline. However, going downhill with the luggage was actually quite easy.
Also, there is an airport bus stop near Exit 1 of Seolleung Station, but I was told that the service has been temporarily suspended. So, unfortunately, there is currently no direct transportation to the airport from there, and you need to transfer either to another bus or to the subway.

La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più è la posizione, sotto casa passano due metro e diversi bus. Sono vicino combini e anche un supermercato.

Credo si possa pulire meglio, purtroppo ho trovato i cassetti sporchi e alcuni capelli per terra. E si potrebbe aggiustare le piccole cose come la luce in cucina che non funziona (anche se non indispensabile perché le altre funzionano) e il bagno con lo scotch non molto carino da vedere. Inoltre sul libro delle spiegazioni presente in casa parla di un bagno alla giapponese, invece c’è un semplice bagno. So che non è indispensabile, ma da italiana senza bidet avrei apprezzato. Infine suggerirei di mettere almeno qualche condimento base per cucinare (sale , salsa di soia e olio), perché se si resta poco non si comprano queste cose e sarebbe carino trovarle in casa.
