Great location - walking distance to restaurant, cafes, shops in Seongsu and Ttukseom. Easy access to public transport
The bed mattress was a bit too soft and the room didn't have enough space/shelving/drawers for clothes. Might be ok for a 1~2 nights of short stay but not suitable for longer stays. Toilet/shower is small and cozy, would need to feel comfortable with the wet floors but water and sewage systems all worked well.

Great apartment in a residential part of Seongsu. The apartment is a really nice spot to base yourself if you want a bit more of a local vibe while staying in Seoul. It's on a quiet residential street. It's about a 10-15min walk to the train station with plenty of convenience stores and cafe between the station and home. Seongsu is a great spot for shopping or cafe hopping. The host was super helpful and responsive whenever I had enquires or questions.
Only feedback would be that there isn't any clothes storage / hangers in the unit. There is an AMAZING clothes steamer though, so that helped.
