Appartement entièrement rénové, très bien équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de gout. Très bien situé dans le centre historique à deux pas de la Piazza d’Italia. Les fenêtres donnent sur deux ruelles interdites à la circulation. Station du Minimetro à quelques minutes donc arrivée très facile. De nombreux restaurants à proximité. Hôte très réactif et accommodant. Je recommande pour un séjour long (j’y ai passé deux semaines) ou court dans la magnifique ville de Perugia.

Appartamento nel centro storico di Perugia, in una posizione davvero comoda. Non avevo mai trovato un alloggio così ben fornito: saponi in abbondanza, stoviglie di ogni genere e tutto il necessario per il soggiorno.
La pulizia era impeccabile e abbiamo apprezzato molto anche i viveri gentilmente lasciati dal proprietario, un'attenzione davvero gradita.
La comunicazione con l'host è stata eccellente: sempre disponibile e rapido nel rispondere ai messaggi.
Un aspetto che ci preoccupava era l'assenza dell'aria condizionata. L'host ci aveva spiegato che, trattandosi di un palazzo storico, non è possibile installarla. In realtà, la casa è ben arieggiata e, nonostante il caldo estivo, abbiamo dormito serenamente.
Sarà sicuramente un appartamento da tenere presente per le nostre future visite a Perugia.
