The hotel was newly build and to a high standard. Hardwood floors, white walls and great staff. The restaurant service was excellent.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Raddison Phagwara, and would like to say a special thanks to Harpreet working for hotel security he really went out his way to help me sorting out my journey plans and anything else I might of needed during my stay , so thank you so much.
I also would to say thank you to Jasmeet in the restaurant who was exceptional and very diligent at taking care and providing me an excellent service in the restaurant, as well were all other waiters and waitresses.
The restaurant food was excellent and on Saturday was exceptional.
The decor of the hotel was lavish, beautiful and so were the surroundings , with a water feature at the front and drive through sheltered welcoming forecourt area really setting off the hotel. The staff were amazing they were very conscientious and diligent with their duties and kept all customers happy.
The hotel pool was great and the pool attendant, Hope, the day he was attending made me feel very accommodated, and was very friendly, so thank you Hope.
Overall my stay at the hotel was excellent
The biggest let down was the management who were not as accommodating as the working staff, some managers did not even say hello or speak to me once during my lengthy stay which did not give a good representation of the hotel as they should be doing their best to make every guest feel welcome and not just leave it to the hardworking staff to represent them.
The hotel pool was left unmanaged and there was no one to set up canopies, which was a two man job, and or sunbeds for the customers, or to order drinks, managers seemed not to be interested in managing this part of the hotel.
Also there was a lot of noise from other room users and the hotel clearly had not invested in noise reduction in walls., you literally could hear everything, and some customers were making noise well into 3-4 am in the morning.

Very accommodation to my business requirements and gastric front desk staff. Food is also great.

Outside grounds and ground floor areas were lively as expected. Breakfast was great and staff were great. The hotel is still being built there was no Pool or Gym.
Our floor in our room was filthy, the shower flooded the entire bathroom we had to put towels on the inside of the shower cubicle to stop the water spreading.
