Great value and location for skiing.

The property is located well for travelling to Monte Pora for skiing. We were 25 minute drive. Hired a car which was useful. There is a MD supermarket 5min drive from the property. Place is quiet and beautiful. Place had two big bedrooms and an upstairs area with bunk beds. Only one bathroom but we just made do with that. There was a hairdryer and toilet rolls. Plus big bottles of shampoo and conditioner and body wash. Towels for everyone. Kitchen is well equipped. Microwave and hob. Plenty kitchen utensils. Big fridge and freezer. Brilliant value for money. Sara the host was always in touch and available for any problems.

Didn’t have an oven which we knew about. The heater in the kitchen a bit temperamental but it didn’t get too cold anyway. Alarm went off a couple times. Floor cold so take slippers. Bunkbed squeaky, bit annoying. Bathroom doesn’t lock so you’ll work out a system! There was 6 of us.

Non è quello che sembra...

Una casa indipendente vicina ai servizi principali e con parcheggio gratuito non lontano.

Purtroppo l'abitazione è una struttura vecchia che presenta ovunque un forte odore di muffa. La proprieta' - mai incontrata e sempre contattata telefonicamente o via msg - ha scelto di ovviare al problema disseminando profumatori d'ambiente malgrado avessimo richiesto la non presenza per problemi respiratori. Abbiamo trovato una situazione (pentole inutilizzabili o sporche, stato di conservazione degli arredi/attrezzature non ottimale) che dalle recensioni precedenti non era mai emersa. Un paio di cose pratiche sono state risolte a seguito del nostro reclamo (scopa funzionante e pulizia scarico doccia) ma resta il fatto che se il cliente segnala che ha un problema respiratorio, l'host ha il dovere di rifiutare la prenotazione ben sapendo che la casa non è adatta. Solo al nostro arrivo e dopo il reclamo la host ci ha proposto di trovarci un'altra soluzione e che avrebbe rimborsato il soggiorno. Purtroppo essendo ormai a metà luglio e con un cane al seguito era una proposta di non di facile soluzione. Abbiamo ricevuto quindi un parziale rimborso che però non copre assolutamente il disagio avuto.

Ottimo come base per le escursioni in zona

Ci sono piaciute soprattutto la pulizia e la cura dell'appartamento. L'host è sempre stata disponibile per le nostre richieste.

Unica nota negativa: non c'è un parcheggio comodo.

Casetta molto accogliente, tanti piccoli dettagli , letti comodi, piccoli dettagli ed un confort. perfetta per un weekend lungo o una settimana in montagna con la mia famiglia ! Parcheggio vicino e comodo per scaricare valigie.
