The instructions for collecting the property keys were clear, easy to follow, and felt safe and straightforward. The brochure with photos showing how to find the property was also very helpful. The key to the inner door did not work at first, but after we called the host, a young gentleman arrived very quickly with a spare key, which opened the door without any problem. The issue was likely that the original key had been newly cut and did not fit the lock very well. Overall, this minor inconvenience did not really bother us. In fact, it was nice to have a friendly chat with the young gentleman who came to help.
The rooms had a slight musty smell, probably due to the age of the property.

Very nice & cozy apartment, newly renovated, clean. The host was very nice and gave us lots of helpful information about the area, including public transports, shops etc.
