Nice location but short of size

I found the location to be very convenient. The bathroom was nice.

I was hoping for a bit more size in a property meant for 4 adults. I also thought that there was missing some bed covers.

Never stay in a place they are happy of your rears

Estimados señores, Tenía una reserva a través de Booking que era cancelable. Sin embargo, al llegar al alojamiento, la situación fue totalmente inaceptable. Me lanzaron el dinero a la cara y me quitaron la llave por la fuerza. Incluso tuve que vaciar mi bolso sobre la mesa para poder entregar la llave rápidamente. No me proporcionaron la habitación que había reservado, por la cual incluso había pagado 2 euros adicionales. En su lugar, me dieron una habitación completamente diferente, en el ático, en muy malas condiciones, que no se correspondía en absoluto con las fotos ni con lo reservado. Ante esta situación, llamamos a la policía, y el establecimiento también lo hizo. Debido a que no hablo español con fluidez, no pude explicar correctamente la situación, y finalmente la policía pareció darles la razón, indicándome que podía marcharme y que debía gestionar la reclamación a través de Booking. Posteriormente, contacté con Booking, quienes me ofrecieron una compensación de 25 euros como gesto de buena voluntad, aunque entiendo que no era su obligación. Sin embargo, perdí aproximadamente cinco horas de mi viaje, lo cual fue muy frustrante. La experiencia fue muy desagradable y estresante. Había reservado una habitación de aproximadamente 22 metros cuadrados según las fotos y la descripción, pero lo que se me asignó fue una habitación muy inferior, bajo el tejado, extremadamente calurosa y sin comparación con lo anunciado. Sinceramente, la experiencia ha sido muy negativa y me ha dejado un mal recuerdo del lugar, hasta el punto de que probablemente no vuelva a esta ciudad.

Su ubicación y cercanía con el centro

Pues no había toallas grandes para los 8 ,habría que indicar que la cocina está fuera porque en las fotos es dudoso . Luego el colchón del sofá cama está muy hundido y es endeble .
