**STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!**

Nothing.

**STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!** We were a family with kids, arriving late at night, and had no choice but to spend the night before checking out first thing in the morning. Don't be fooled by the pictures, description, or the 9 positive reviews apparently written by the staff of the company managing these units. We were given a completely different apartment in a different building, right in the middle of a construction site. Noisy, dusty, and nothing like what was advertised. And that's not even the worst part: **FLIES EVERYWHERE!** The apartment was infested with flies. When we complained, their brilliant solution was to leave a can of fly spray at our door! We later discovered the flies were coming through the AC ventilation and that the entire building was swarming with them. Even the receptionist admitted it, with an electric fly killer sitting right on his desk! On top of that, the humidity inside the apartment was unbearable, even worse than outside, clearly indicating something wrong with the AC system. Cleanliness was terrible (see the pictures for yourself), the carpet was torn, and the bunk bed was extremely uncomfortable, with ridiculously thin, cheap mattresses. So, naturally, we checked out the next morning and requested a refund for the unused nights. **Roomszy, the company managing the apartment, refused.** Booking.com was no help either. After all this, the only compensation they offered was some cash covering just ONE night! And to make matters worse, I'm still waiting for my AED 1,000 security deposit to be returned, which was supposed to have been released. If you don't want to waste your money and ruin your family vacation, STAY AWAY. And don't assume Booking.com will stand by you when things go wrong. They won't!
