Location
Hot shower water
Friendly reception and helpers
No bottled water (the safest in Vietnam) provided, no complimentary tea or coffee, no kettle so I can't boil my water, only a pot.
Pictures don't reflect the actual room you get.
Light kept shining into my room at night from the hall, blinds don't shut out the light. Unable to sleep because I need darkness.
Some hair and dirt in the cabinets, mirror light didn't work. Helpers are nice but destroyed my handbag after I asked it to be washed after I spilt something in it. I have washed it before and planned to let it air dry, and it always worked. But the helper insisted I use the dryer, I did, and my handbag was ruined by the heat. I regret that. Sometimes it's better to listen to yourself than a well meaning albeit less experienced person.
Also the reception is often not there to open the door and so poor people are trapped outside all the time. It is not fair to those people and not fair to me as I've had to open the door for multiple people

We had a really great stay at PIN . The unit was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. It felt like a perfect base to come back to after a full day of exploring.
The location was excellent, very central and ideal for the areas we wanted to explore, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and sights nearby.
The host was also very responsive and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and easy from start to finish.
