Great location, spacious apartment, lovely views, comfortable sofa & chairs. Pleasantly decorated. Easy to find lock box for keys. Joe the host was very responsive and helpful. Perfect location for exploring Carlisle, straight off the M5. We would stay again :)
Uncomfortable mattresses, super king was far too soft and wobbly. Singles were uncomfortable due to feeling the springs through the mattress. Cleanliness was a slight issue, dirty pans in cupboard and awful 'drainage' smell from the main bathroom.

Only 3 breakfast bar chairs (we were a party of 4)
2 windows had broken hinges (one in living room and one in master bedroom) and could not be closed
Tap in kitchen was wobbly and kept dripping
Shower head was loose and needs replacing
Paint peeling in en-suite bathroom
Only small pots to cook with
Carpet in living room had not been cleaned properly

Good location just 5 mins from Carlisle city centre, very spacious with good sized rooms.
Not cleaned well at all when we arrived. Opened a drawer to put clothes in and it had hairs and dust in it. All were same. Cleaned one myself and just used that one drawer. Place needed a good clean. Opened cupboard where hoover was and it was covered in dust and rubbish on floor. Found dead fly and earring on floor beside single bed which looked like been there for a while.
