The property was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and the kitchen and dining area were especially convenient. We also loved the cute outdoor area beside the house.
One small piece of feedback: during our stay, there was quite a lot of noise from guests in the upstairs unit, particularly from walking or running, which could be heard clearly and sometimes disturbed our sleep.

Large space, off street parking, very close to Hagley Park and UC - good kitchen facilities etc
OMG there is no soundproofing between this apartment and the apartment upstairs. The first night, there was an international family including kids upstairs and although I couldn’t understand them, I could hear everything said - they were like a heard of yapping elephants stomping around. I contacted the property and requested they ask them to be mindful of people staying downstairs - quick response appreciated - but not sure they were any quieter… the next night it was a different family of teenage girls going to Lorde…
