Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Appartement ist geräumig mit zwei separaten Schlafzimmern und einem grossen Wohnzimmer.
Leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Man hört die Musik draußen, die auch spät abends unter der Woche gespielt wird. Aber schlimmer sind die Geräusche im Haus selbst. Man hört die Leute im oberen Appartment, auch wenn sie nur normal gehen. Geschweige denn, wenn sie nachts um drei Uhr heimkommen.
Die Küche ist schlecht ausgestattet. Man hat zwar alle Geräte, die man braucht. Aber eine einzige Pfanne mit einem kaputten Henkel, ein Topf (der zweite ist nicht für die Induktion geeignet). Die Lüftung im Bad ist sehr laut. Das Bett in einem Schlafzimmer ist sehr weich. Das andere Schlafzimmer lässt sich nicht abdunkeln.

The location is very central but still quiet during the evening. It is walking distance when you want to explore the city. The facilities in the house are the basics that everyone need, including airfryer. The available ice cubes in the freezer was a good touch when arriving on a warm summer day. Bogdan was always available to contact and the communication was smooth.
We really did not stay much in the apartment because we were out during the days, but we could hear the neighbors talking through the wall and walking because the building is old. The outdoor terrace was not maintained and barely used so we were not able to sit outside as we planned.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, vieles ist zu Fuss gut machbar. Grosszügige und sehr subere Wohnung.
Der Vermieter war gut erreichbar, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Apartments are centrally located. Free Parking was provided in a garage across the street.
We were 3 families who had booked the same apartment building. Ours bring family of 4 had a luck and were given appartment with 2 beds which was best among the three. Unfortunately for one of my friend who had to settle in uppermost apartment, had a tough time. We could hear them walking through sqeaking floor, which was annoying. Utensils/ supplies were distributed among the three, resulting in other families borrow with each other.
