Great location across from a snorkeling beach. The unit provided all the beach gear. Unit is very close to the laundry facility. Very convenient to walk to a few convenience stores and restaurants as well.
There were some flying gnats in the unit. It's Hawaii so we are not too bothered by bugs, but might be problem for some people.

Located directly across the street from the beach and walkable to many restaurants and bars, the the location was great. Our condo sat back from the street noise, so that was an added perk. We appreciated the supply of beach chairs, beach towels, and pool float items located on the lanai for our use. The books on Maui were useful since we were first time visitors to the island. There was a closet full of DVDs for all ages, as well as games and puzzles. The TV had a lot of streaming channels available without extra cost - appreciated! Another nice touch was a second beverage refrigerator with beverages and frozen pops for when the urge struck and one didn't want to make a trip to the store. Liz was a good and available communicator.
Everyone's TV controls are different, and not being familiar with the Spectrum controls we couldn't figure out how to access the lineup. Would have appreciated instructions on how to access those channels. Because we were charged $175 for cleaning when we booked, we thought the request to sweep the floors before checking out was a bit over the top. We personally owned a short term rental, and the most we asked of guests was to clear the refrigerator of items they placed there, and put their dishes in the dishwasher before leaving. Also, it would be wise to place a clean, unused sponge at the kitchen sink for each new guest rather than leaving a used one.
