Ongoing leak both times I've stayed. Poor cleaning standards

It's the second time I go to that place and both times I've been sent a message by the management team on the same day of arrival saying that there's a leak in the bedroom coming from the bathroom, related to the previous tenant leaving the shower on. The message is a copy paste as I have been there twice in the past two months and the leak has gone worst. This to me shows that the leak has been there for months and instead of fixing it, they just send the message to each new tenant. This time the floor was very wet. The flat wasn't clean at all, I saw the same glitter residues that I saw when I was there in June. I urge the manager to fix the leak and don't let that property deteriorate. The cleaning is exceptionally poor too. Very disappointed.

Really clean and comfortable, with a great view from the windows. Check-in was easy and everything was well explained. WiFi was fast and the place had everything I needed.
