Apartment is good for a short stay but the maintenance and staff need a mayor improvement.

The location is perfect, close to the centrum but still very quiet. The apartment is small but well equipped, there is self check in so it’s very comfortable.

I understand that everyone wants to make a good photo for the booking, but the size of the apartment presented in the photo and the actual size is not the same thing. I’m not sure if the apartment was cleaned at all, the towels and bed sheets had smell of other people, I doubt if they were washed. It was quite a lot of hair in the bathroom and in the living room there was ash and smell of the cigarettes. I sent two messages to the staff during my stay, reporting some issues, but I haven’t receive any response.

Misleading reservation. I booked little América California home with 2 toilets and 4 beds for 5 people. Finally 1:30 hours later they send us the code for enter inside couse’ they are cleaning. But the worst thing it’s they changed the house for Little American Dallas with just 3 beds , 1 toilet and 2 rooms. They told me : " that’s the way it’s" "It’s normal" "company policy " So different the home when we arrived than we booked.

Merkezi bir konumda aile için uygun bir apartmandı. Ev sahibi hediye olarak çikolota bırakmıştı. Ayrıca mutfaktaki malzemeler yeterliydi, çay ve kahve de vardı.

Odalar minimaldi, yatak ve diğer eşyaları koyunca boş alan çok az kalmıştı. Odalar biraz daha büyük olsa mükemmel olurdu.
