Lovely little cottage, great location only a 10 minute walk to the sea front.
Parking was a little tricky but we did manage to park not to far from the cottage.

The location was excellent , a 15 min walk to Paignton see front .

Heating was great , bathroom refurbed , everywhere comfortable .
Didnt like the area, parking was a problem .

Direkt ans Kerkham-House angebaut. Für Besuch an Öffnung nur sommers sonntags 13-16 Uhr denken!
Übermittelter Code unpassend. Korrekter Türcode kam per Nachricht. Allerdings hat man als Ausländer unterwegs kein Internet, sondern erst in der Wohnung WLAN selbst (kein Roaming!). Also muss der Code früher übermittelt werden. Andere Unterkünfte legen das auch 3 Tage eher fest.
Insgesamt macht die Fewo samt Außenanlagen und Umfeld (eng für PKW und kaum gratis Parkraum zu finden, verschmutzt) einen vernachlässigten Eindruck, so dass wir bei der Auswahl persönlich diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen würden.
