靠近北岸albeny，出行购物都很方便，设施该有的都有。两个房间一个卫生间，还有一个户外的小院子，屋主交流很友善，让我们提前几个小时入住。方便我们从上一个地方过来能提早放行李。
电视机，冰箱，电磁炉ok，微波炉，烤箱，洗碗机都很小而且上面的污垢较多，卫生间没有窗户，好在排气扇很有力。应该是屋主开辟出来的小阁楼，入户门、阳台都是朝南的有点潮湿（南半球），到晚上才有西晒的阳光照射。只有客厅有空调。

Location, price.
No dryer. Air rack was good but if they had a dryer that would be super helpful. More cooking utensils such as masher and egg flipper.

Die Lage war für uns sehr gut. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Die Betten sind sehr gut, schön hart damit am Morgen der Rücken nicht schmerzt.
Die Einrichtung ist sehr reduziert und selbstgezimmert oder mit Klebstreifen fixiert. Auch die Sauberkeit hat noch viel Spielraum nach oben.
