I liked the quickness of collecting the key for entry and not having to wait on someone to show up to provide this. My only setback about it is the code that was provided for entry, is also seen on the possible spare box under the walkway railing. That seems a bit alarming to a traveler. I should feel comfort and not on edge knowing that my code was visible like that. Especially knowing that there were other tenants at this location, even before I got there. You never know if someone knows the "system you have" in place to set cameras are anything miscellaneous in your unit. It's unclear and not my needing of knowing why the code is seen there, however what if I stored the keys there after my departures for security of not losing it until my re-entry. At that point anyone that sees the extra box will gain access if tempted to check the saved code. I remembered the code and changed it on the spare box just for clarity and changed it back at check out. I loved the view, the privacy, and the convenience.
Of course you have not much control on settlement to a property. However, there is almost forced entry to open the door, and it seems to then get lodged in place somehow. The lock on the door isn't the best, it takes forever to unlock and lock the door. Unsure if this is due to unevenness and/or wear/tear. Upon entry the area looks the same as seen in photos. Nice space, quiet area, and great view. The parking can get a bit tricky due to the spots being so close and people not properly parking correctly. Could easily end up with unnecessary door dings or scratches due to this. For my whole time at the location, I wondered where the bedding material for the pull-out bed was. I found it on the last day during my clean up lol. Just glad I didn't go out and purchase bedding material for the weekend stay. This is no disrespect and a logical review being given for your betterment, the couch itself may need a deep cleaning just based on the coloring and overall standing of the couch. It could come off as a bit worn. All the curtains appear to be dated and faded. The bathroom curtain specifically needs to be cleaned and or changed. The bathroom itself is a bit tight; however, this is considerate for the size of the unit. The sink in the bathroom needs to be remounted as it appeared to come up once leaned on slightly. The wall towel rack needs to be re-installed as it is not installed properly, or the spot itself is worn from usage over time. There was a filthy mop in the kitchen area that should've been taken with the cleaners or cleaned and stored more properly. There was no broom or bucket for a mop being present only. Which leads you to ask "Is cleaning occurring out of the kitchen sink? ". I have no complaints for the kitchenette. The keychain is damaged for the holding of keys. Lastly, the review/house rules paper has been damaged from possibly humidity. Overall decent stay, but the small things also matter.

Wonderful location for the beach and also for getting to resturants and museums.
Only two towels for the bathroom. No washcloths. Only one for the kitchenette.
