The staff were quite pleasant to deal with, no hotel is perfect, but the helpful attitude of the staff to solve every problem is what makes a stay lovely. The food is what surprised us the most, I didn't expect it to be that good, it was well above your average hotel food. I don't see myself coming back to mussorie anytime in next 5 years but if we do, we will definitely stay at tripli again. Thanks!
I stayed there for 3 nights and still it's hard to recall anything in particular that was terrible. Even if I am forced to jog my memory there's nothing that comes to my mind.

Rooms are fresh and perfect for staycation. I think the locality is a cherry on top. Burlow ganj area is so peaceful enriched with astonishing views… it may be 4km from Mall Road but value for money
Everything was good but you can order food only upto 10 pm

Cleanliness was good and we felt safe there and the food was fine..
They tried to downgrade our room. TV didn't work. Needed reminding about deposit and included features in our booking. Took many times of asking to receive a room cleaning. Not much to do within walking distance. The kettle was not clean inside, but we had it replaced.
