Comfortable enough and location good for what we wanted

Location was great for Victoria Park shops and restaurants and an easy walk to Crowne Theatre. Kitchen had all we needed for a few days though only one tea towel

It was a somewhat sterile shell, bed was hard, pillows were big and hard, no extra pillows to choose from, no hand towel for bathroom

Not very good.

Clean.

We had trouble with the door code and only lucky that someone turned up and showed us what to do;. Not a good first impression. The pics on internet show a park - we had a busy road and power pole. The kitchen was not well stocked and there was no dishwasher cubes available no parking available for the car. I assumed that being a unit it would have a carspace. Not happy with this.

Missing linen

New and fresh

No linen or towels provided for the first night. Didn’t supply them until the following morning. Response when asked for them was sorry no one was on site and they would bring them the next day. Very poor service.
