Toplokatie, leuke binnentuin en rustige plek. Appartement ingericht met alles wat je maar nodig kunt hebben tijdens een paar overnachtingen. Leuke winkels, terrasjes etc. etc. heel dichtbij. Als je niet bang bent voor wat wandelen, heb je helemaal geen bus of metro nodig.
Alles is ongetwijfeld helemaal schoon, maar maakt toch geen superfrisse indruk. Douchen met een douchegordijn dat tegen je aanplakt. Je kunt niet echt een raam openzetten. Het appartement kan een opfrisbeurt gebruiken. Alles bij elkaar toch iets te hoge prijs voor wat je krijgt, ook al is het, zeker kort van tevoren, duur om in die buurt van Parijs te overnachten.

I liked the inner courtyard area, it s big, green and quiet.
The local area is very nice too, there were many cafes, small shops and within easy walking distance of several metro station. Walkable to Galleries Lafayette, and only two metro stops away from Monmartre.
Good clear communication from the host about check in and check out process.
The room was smaller than I thought , but adequate if you are only there to sleep. It felt very dated - the decor and furnishings : for example, the rug by the bed is old and fraying.
The view from the room is of a concrete wall opposite the window, as it is ground floor the room feels very dark all the time.. The shower curtain is too long and gets in the way when you shower, maybe because the shower rail is attached at some strange angle. The bed was very uncomfortable ( old mattress ) but my main concern was that I am not sure if the bedding got changed before we moved in- it just didn’t feel clean. Also whilst there is a kettle and coffee machine, there were no tea and coffee provided- not an issue for me but just letting other visitors know they need to buy their own.
The apartment was clean but because it is old it just didn’t feel welcoming.
