You can easily access the top attractions of New York City. There’s a plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was nice and the bed was incredibly comfortable. That was one of my favorite points of this place. The metro station was also walkable distance.
I can’t really recall it. The area is noisy but the owner provides you ear plug so it’s not a problem.

Location is the star of this space. A block away from the main ACE lines, plus how walkable the area is. Also, was attended by Paula with my concerns, in which I was satisfied.
The space is designed for one person; It's a little cramp, but it gives everything you need from the small kitchenette, closet, a fully functioning bathroom. Secondly, the clean could be done better - I arrived at the actual check-in time in hopes to get a quick nap from my red-eye flight, and unfortunately the place was still dirty (bed sheets, towels, trash, etc.) from the previous person who stayed. Luckily, Paula was to the rescue and attended my concerns at their earliest convenience, but wish it was cleaned prior to my arrival.
Also, wasn't a fan of the blue bed sheets - hopefully they would change it to white.

Perfecta ubicación, con todo lo necesario aire acondicionado 10/10, wifi otro 10/10 ubicación 9/10. una cama confortable, baño privado con una ducha que es un triunfo. ideal para parejas o persona sola que buscan un alojamiento para dormir

Estuve sola y me parecio muy seguro, la cama era muy cómoda, que tuviese microondas y utensilios de cocina básicos (hervidor, cubiertos, cafetera), que cerca hay un target y otros comercios de este tipo, que el metro E que viene desde Jamaica Center esta a dos o tres calles, que el check in fuera muy sencillo.
Solo por comentar algo diría que falto una escoba para barrer y que en un par de ocasiones se apago el aire acondicionado y tuve que encenderlo de nuevo, pero funcionó de inmediato, también pudo ser un problema de configuración solamente.
