Easy to check in late with a message from staff and a good system in place. Great location opposite boat ramp and near airport as I like watching aircraft. The 2 bedroom apartment is really a 2 bedroom apartment with a living area and 2 bedrooms.
Starting to show it's age a bit, but nothing serious.

Rooms spaced, feels private , uncrowded. Lovely staff.
Staff were friendly and very helpful when internet down and we had work call elsewhere

No tea bags kn the room at all.
Booking in. Terrible when you are over 80 years old.
I rang the phone number 5 times and the mobile number as well, no answer, I left messages, absolutely no replies.
Then two days before due date, you want credit card number so you can get another $100.00. Even though the room was fully paid for a month ahead. Absolutely disgusting the way you treat customers.
