Disgusting room, unresponsive staff

Bed sheets had pubic/body hair on it, none of the staff could be reached. Original check in time was 1500 but they pushed it back to 1700 saying they had to “clean the room”, when we got there the room was filthy and the sheets were full of body hair. Tried calling the number given and no one picked up. Contacting booking.com and they did not care, just told us to wait 3 hours for a response. booking.com never followed up and we waited till 10pm and had to look for another room late at night in Montreal.

great stay if you want to be close to the LGBTQ area of montreal

the property was located in a great area and central to everything , LGBTQ friendly , easy parking and the host was responsive. And we felt very safe

Arrived at property room was like a sauna, AC was not working. Was offered another room. After showering there was a cockroach on my towel.

Good parking but grimy place and building.

Parking on site was good amenity. Quiet neighborhood.

Not clean at all. Common area hallways dirty. Apartment walls grimy, floor was disgusting we had to mop it ourselves. Grime and dirt everywhere on the floor. Dishes were left greasy prior to my arrival, even though it says you must clean them. Apartment smelled like BO and cigarette smoke, and with several burn marks on the floor.
