Lo único a tener en cuanta, lleven monedas de 0,10 € el ascensor se paga, ya estando arriba el personal nos dió monedas pero tenerlo en cuenta para la llegada

Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und sauber. Der Kontakt mit der Vermietung über WhatsApp freundlich und schnell. Klimaanlage war Gold wert.
Der schlüssellose Zugang mit Hilfe des Links war etwas kompliziert ( 3 Türen jeweils mit Link zu öffnen), hat aber nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten gut geklappt. Zum Appartement im 4. Stock kann man mit einem Aufzug ( 10ct) fahren. Da er aber für uns nicht sehr vertrauenserweckend wirkte, sind wir immer zu Fuß gegangen.

The location of this bed and breakfast was excellent and made it very easy to explore the area. I also want to give special recognition to the cleaning staff, who were fantastic throughout our stay. They were friendly, hardworking, and kept the room as clean as possible.
Prior to our arrival, we received little to no information about how to access the property. The apartment is located in a private building, and entry requires someone inside to remotely unlock the main door. More often than not, we had to wait several minutes to be let in, and on some occasions we were only able to enter because another resident happened to be coming or going. This became frustrating, especially after a long day out.
The biggest issue, however, was the condition of the bathroom. There was visible mould present (shower door did not prevent any water from getting on the wooden floor...), which was not disclosed in the listing and certainly did not match the advertised photos or expectations. When we raised the issue, we were told that the mould could not be fixed while the apartment was occupied and that they needed time to address it. I found this response quite surprising. If a known mould+ shower door issue exist and cannot be remedied before guests arrive, it should be clearly disclosed beforehand rather than presented as acceptable accommodation.
Overall, the excellent location and wonderful cleaning staff were the highlights of our stay, but the access difficulties, lack of communication, and undisclosed mould issue significantly impacted our experience.
