I stayed here with my family for several days in September. The location is very good, close to Balat, convenient connection to tram (T5) and free street parking (it was not too difficult to find a parking spot). There is no AC, but there are very good fans in each room and they did manage to keep the place cool very well. The host is really friendly, quick with responding to our messages and extremely helpful, we even got a complimentary check out! The house is really well equipped. The view from the rooftop terrace is amazing - both for sunrise and sunset time! We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Istanbul 🙂
