O espaço era agradável e janta boa.
Água quente do banheiro com mal cheiro, nos quatro dias de estadia que ficamos no hotel tivemos um serviço de quarto incompleto. Lençóis não foram trocados nenhuma vez e tivemos um dia em que apenas uma das camas foi arrumada. O numero de toalhas do quarto era menor que o numero de hospedes. No primeiro dia, ao chegarmos tivemos uma situação desconfortável com um funcionário responsável devido à falta de clareza das informações que nos foram transmitidas e senti que o mesmo optou pela omissão proposital de parte das informações. Apesar da gentileza de alguns funcionários, essa atitude nos deixou desconfortável o restante da estadia. Outro detalhe, o café da manhã deixou a desejar e não é um buffet como parecia nas fotos publicadas na plataforma. O pão era velho, o omelete muito gorduroso… além de ser o mesmo todos os dias. Poucas opções na janta, sempre as mesmas e nenhum comércio próximo do hotel para ir comer em outro lugar se deslocando à pé.
