This completely ruined our impression of the city and its people. I strongly advise against booking with these hosts.

The worst experience - I liked nothing. We arrived at the apartment in the evening only to find it occupied. The door was open, the bed and bathroom were unmade, and personal belongings were scattered around. Some young men showed up and told us they had booked the apartment through another app and had no intention of leaving. My children and I had to urgently find a place to stay late at night, which was extremely stressful and painful. The host apologized profusely, but despite my demands, he still has not refunded my money—even though 6 days have already passed.
