The enclosed garden, lush and completely private, invites you to relax in total privacy, with its many landscaped outdoor spaces: sunny terrace, outdoor furniture and a pétanque court with official dimensions for lovely summer games. Inside, a billiards table completes the leisure facilities.
The completely renovated house features a modern and fully equipped kitchen that will delight gastronomy enthusiasts. It notably includes a professional coffee machine, perfect for enjoying an espresso worthy of the finest cafés.
