Great location and a super clean space. The bed was comfortable and the extra blankets and pillows were appreciated. Large refrigerator and a Keurig coffee machine with a supply of pods to get us started. Thank you for sharing your space with us, we will certainly rent again...and the price couldn't be beat. I connected with the host prior to arrival with a question about check-in and the response was quick, much appreciated.

Rental was nice! It was kind of a duplex house….that’s where others were saying you could hear the other half of the house. Bed was comfortable. Good location in Katy

Absolutely love this spot. It's so incredibly cute, and very clean. I also love the area. It's new and quiet. The host is really nice and responsive.

The host was great. Really appreciated that they had a water cooler and snacks for us. However, the cleanliness was sub par. Mirrors were dirty, hair in the bathroom from previous people and some dirty dishes. This studio is adjacent to the owners home, in which we could hear them, the T.V. etc. We could smell thier cooking, especially when they woke up early and we didn't.
