Each cottage has been meticulously renovated and has enhanced cleaning practices. It's the perfect peaceful hideaway that blends cozy warmth with modern comfort, offering a relaxing place to unwind. Fairwood Cottage and Clear Sky Cottage both have pristine interiors, thoughtful details, and a serene country setting create the perfect atmosphere for a memorable stay. With nearby wineries, hiking trails, and local dining, it is an ideal choice for couples, weekend travelers, and anyone eager to enjoy the charm of central Virginia.

Fairwood Cottage has an outdoor gas fire pit with four chairs for the entire group to enjoy evenings around the fire. Both units have ample dining areas and seating indoors for four so you can spend time together.
The location of Fairwood Cottages is about 10 minutes south of Charlottesville's Downtown Mall on Scottsville Road. Nearby attractions include Monticello, the historic home of Thomas Jefferson, Carter's Mountain Orchard, and Eastwood Farm & Winery. You're just a quick drive to the University of Virginia, over 40 local vineyards, and wedding destinations.

Such a great location and getaway for us and friends to visit our daughter at UVA over Easter weekend. The cottages are so well appointed that you will feel like you are at home, only better! Can't say enough about the quality of the furnishings, communication, cleanliness, etc!

Everything was wonderful! Nicely appointed, clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable. Very well managed. In the country and we loved that. Not far at all from the wineries and downtown. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again
