The Space:
Welcome to my unique property! This remodeled single-family home has an affordable studio apartment located at the front of the property. They have their own private, secure entrance. You’ll enjoy complete privacy in your unit, and the only shared space is the public street parking, so please keep that in mind when you arrive.
As required by the city licensing, a long-term tenant resides in the neighboring unit. However, you shouldn’t notice them at all during your stay. They help maintain the yard, trash, and snow removal, ensuring the property stays neat and well-kept. They are very respectful of your space and privacy, and you’ll likely never cross paths.
Like an apartment or hotel, you may hear the usual sounds of daily life. If there’s ever any disturbance, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I'm here to ensure your comfort.

Large home in very quiet area. Close to major commercial shopping area so very convenient for Costo, Target, restaurants, etc. Very clean home. Great for big family gatherings.

The host was always quick to respond. The rooms were all nice with king size beds and most had tvs in them. There was plenty of space. We didn’t plan on cooking much, but there wasn’t much for kitchen supplies to use if we had wanted to. We were disappointed the hot tub did not work at all and had lots of dirt in it.

My wife and I rented this house for a 4-day family gathering of 13 people (two being children). We liked that it could sleep 16 people, had enough bathrooms, and had some inviting spaces for family games. We saw that it had a large kitchen and planned to cook several meals during our stay. The VRBO listing had a note asking to please contact the host if more than ten guests are expected. I informed the host we would have 13 guests about 15 days ahead of our arrival. Upon arrival, we found there were (12) bath towels, no hand towels, (4) drinking glasses, (12) dinner plates, (12) of some silverware and (3) coffee mugs. The entire kitchen was mostly bare of utensils. See photos provided. When I asked the host about this, the first response was that there were only ten guests in the reservation. In the days to follow, unfortunately many issues were identified that require attention, no matter how many people are staying. Ignoring that there were so many issues, our rating would be a 3.5 because the host was responsive to the request to bring more towels, cups and mugs we deemed as needed/essential items. The host also delivered a new blender when the one provided had failed. On my flight home, I happened to sit next to a person who manages a vacation rental. After briefly describing my experience, he shared my concerns about the lack of furnishings and the third party deposit and check in/check out experience. This helped me further validate the 3 rating.
