Niestety rzeczywistość bardzo mocno odbiegała od oferty przedstawionej na Booking.
Domek miał być obiektem na wyłączność, tymczasem jest praktycznie bezpośrednio połączony z domem właścicielki, a ogród jest wspólny. W ofercie nie było to jasno zaznaczone. Taras z kolei nie był dostępny dla gości, ponieważ był wyłączony z użytkowania, a miejsce na ognisko było w takim stanie, że nie można było z niego korzystać tak naprawdę. Na dodatek ławki oraz miejsce na ognisko są bezpośrednio obok tarasu właścicielki, a reszta ogrodu to chaszcze, w których nie można w jakikolwiek komfortowy sposób spędzić czasu, ponieważ wszędzie w otoczeniu (jak i również tym bardziej w mieszkaniu) czuć było zastoisko z zalegającą, stojącą wodą znajdującą się obok kilka kroków od ogniska oraz ławek, z którego wydobywał się bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach.
Sam domek również okazał się zdecydowanie mniejszy i ciaśniejszy, niż można było wywnioskować ze zdjęć.
Po przyjeździe próbowaliśmy wyjaśnić sytuację z właścicielką i Bookingiem. Ostatecznie po około dwóch godzinach zdecydowaliśmy się wyjechać i nie spędziliśmy w obiekcie ani jednej nocy, a do Booking zgłosiliśmy wniosek o zwrot kosztów. Właścicielka nawet w najmniejszym stopniu nie była otwarta na współpracę i jakiekolwiek dogadanie się.
Największym problemem nie był nawet sam standard, ale różnica między tym, co zostało przedstawione w ofercie, a tym, co zastaliśmy na miejscu. Przed rezerwacją warto dokładnie dopytać o dostępność tarasu i rzeczywisty stan udogodnień (choć to sam Booking powinien weryfikować faktyczny stan u osób oferujących noclegi), ponieważ informacje w ofercie nie oddawały tego, czego doświadczyliśmy na miejscu.

Do not recommend this place at all.
Upon arrival, the door in the upper room was impossible to lock, posing a severe safety risk. Additionally, the refrigerator was completely broken. Traveling with fresh groceries, it was impossible to stay in an unsecure and non-functional property.
When I immediately reported the issues and had to leave for safety reasons, the host was extremely uncooperative. She falsely claimed a "No-Show" to Booking.com to keep the payment, and later made absurd accusations blaming me for the pre-existing damage.
This host takes zero responsibility for property maintenance, lacks basic hospitality standards, and manipulates policies to withhold refunds. Save your money and book elsewhere!
