This property is in a brilliant location…so central… it had two separate rooms which was ideal. And excellent value for money
The entrance hall is pretty grim but it’s a shared entrance could do with some cleaning

The apartment was easy to find was clean and spacious and provided everything we needed for the days we were there it was central within walking distance off all the activities my grandsons had planned

The flat is quite spacious, clean, located very close to amenities and station, literally on the High Street. Host replies very quickly to questions. Overall decent stay. Better for adults than families.
Its strongest point it's also the main concern: Hull is one of the most troubled cities in the UK. Being on the high street means not being able to sleep at night due to constant noise by drunks who fight, and as soon as you step out you're surrounded by drug addicts, dealers, messy teens. Also, Issues other reviewers pointed out are true, and these haven't been fixed. The hallway entrance is disgusting and full of cigarette butts. Kitchen needs more cutlery (eg. No bowls for cereals or soups), Toilet seat is crooked but works, pots and pans limited, dishwasher so dirty it's unusable. No instructions for first time access, WiFi password needed to be requested. WiFi also comes from the shop below, works well but a bit odd. TV should be upgraded, slow and small. A shame because the place is promising but not enough maintenance.
