the property was very well equipped, clean and spacious. we had a comfortable stay. the location was excellent being walking distance to the town centre. it was self catering and all the equipment was provided.
very minor - just had to prompt/message about the access situation. received a prompt reply with key box code, so all good

Very clean, perfect location and views.
The outside space could do with updating to maximise its potential. The second mattress was not as firm as we would of liked but that's a personal preerence. Property could of done with a intro pamphlet with instructions and tips for customers stay.

Beautiful views, private spot near a stream, lovely walks and good pubs
Fencing, parking could be safer but not an issue for us as no kids

I loved everything about Swn yr Coed. Comfortable, clean, location, layout, dog friendly, appliances.. I could go on and on! Responsive host and absolutely would book again.
