This was one of the best accommodations we were in. The owner Rita thought of everything... Bottled water in the mini fridge, snacks (salty and sweet), fridge magnet souvenirs, Naples tourist guide in Italian and English. Hand soup, body wash, shampoo and hair conditioner in big amounts (important since in some accommodations you barely have it for one wash and hand soap can be so small you can't wash your hand properly). Beside the hair dryer there is also a hair iron and a diffuser!!! The room is clean and decorated very nicely, the bed is amazingly comfortable, AC is new (at least in our room number 3), bathroom clean, the shower is great, everything is very modern and seems like new. Rita is an amazing person, so helpful, positive and kind, was sending us recommendations where to shop groceries and eat before we even arrived and always there to help if needed. We will definitely stay here again if ever in Naples!
This is not a minus, just writing it in this section to explain what a lot of people think is a problem. The surroundings look unsafe (and Naples in general), a lot of weird people around, but it actually is like any other tourist city. We had no issues, not even late at night, I once walked around alone around 21:00 (woman late 40s) and no problem at all. Additionally there is police present non stop around this train station area. A person of course, needs to be aware of pickpocketing like in any other big city on this planet. Naples is like no other European city and not to everyone's liking, but we loved it!

Very well organised, very modern, it was excellent
The location is near the train station so it is a bit shady at night. We did not run into any problems but it’s worth noting.

Habitación muy confortable, con varios detalles como aguas, algunas cosas para comer y muy limpias. El personal super amable y atento a nuestros pedidos. Ubicado a metros de la estación central para tomar trenes o metro. El barrio es céntrico y más allá de las apariencias es muy seguro.

pulizia, comodità dei letti, assenza di rumori dall'esterno, spazio ampio, cortesia e precisione dell'host nel fornire indicazioni per l'accesso alla struttura oltreché info utili sui servizi (supermercati, pizzerie) presenti nei dintorni.
La posizione è comodissima poiché in prossimità di stazione centrale, metropolitana e terminale dei bus
l'accesso al piano in assenza di ascensore (attualmente in manutenzione) potrebbe essere faticoso in caso si dovessero portare dei bagagli pesanti. La zona di piazza garibaldi è un po' particolare per via di certa gente che la frequenta e vi staziona, bisogna ovviamente prestare un minimo di attenzione se si hanno dei valori, ma è anche abbastanza presidiata dalle forze dell'ordine
